What’s a Kinder Egg? A milk chocolate egg, about the size of a duck egg (for you city folks, that’s slightly larger than a jumbo chicken egg) with white chocolate insides and a prize in the center where the yolk would be.
My favorite remailer, Mailexpire, has apparently pulled the plug (again.) Pity. It was a great tool to prevent those who would abuse my privacy from doing so.
What it did was simple: you signed up for a temporary email address, which would stay alive for some short period of time, from a few minutes to a week or so. After the time limit expired, it would decay into an invalid address. It was great for signing up with a web site that required you to register so they could spam you senseless.
Apropos of nothing… the top headline in my hometown newspaper today is about the illegal bingo games in senior centers. Does anybody wonder why I moved away as soon as I could?
